Can you make custom designs not shown on your website?

Absolutely! If you have an idea, inspiration photo, or special request, send it to me. I love creating unique, one-of-a-kind designs.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on personalized items. However, your happiness matters. If there is ever an issue with your order, please reach out right away.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, if package is returned, reshipment fees apply. Once shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside of my control.

What payments are accepted?

All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major payment methods supported by Shopify. Orders will not begin processing until payment is made.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started. If you need to cancel, contact me immediately - cancellations are not guaranteed.
